All manuscripts under review should describe original work and should not exceed 8 pages (6 pages plus 2 extra pages) including tables, figures, and references, in the IEEE double-column proceedings format. You may download the manuscript templates for the IEEE conference proceedings from <<here>>.
An additional fee will be applied for extra pages and papers of more than 8 pages won’t be accepted:
- papers up to 6 pages will be published with no additional charge;
- papers exceeding 6 pages, will be charged €85 for each extra page (maximum of 2 extra pages).
All papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. All paper submissions will be handled electronically. Papers that do not adhere to the submission guidelines will be rejected without review.
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full registration rate and present the paper.
Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be presented.
Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be included in the ISCC 2023 Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.
The ISCC Proceedings have been indexed by ISI, dblp and Scopus. This makes the ISCC conference one of the publication venues with very high visibility and impact in both Computer and Communications areas.
The perspective authors are invited to submit their papers following the EDAS link: https://edas.info/30577. For any questions regarding the submission of manuscripts, please feel free to contact the Technical Program Co-Chairs of the IEEE ISCC 2023.
